First Semi-Regular, Occasional Daddytude Award

Yesterday I had the pleasure of presenting the first ever, semi-regular, occasional Daddytude Award to Jeff Bryant. This cash award was given to thank Jeff for his amazing rescue assistance during a deadly apartment fire in Milwaukie a few weeks ago.
Jeff, a father of young kids, showed real Daddytude!
We presented him with a $100 cash award, just to show God’s love in practical ways!
Congratulations Jeff!
When I Get Big

Today, while wrestling with my Smiling Son, we had the following conversation:
Smiling Son: ”Someday I’m going to be as BIG as you!”
Me: “Yes you are!”
[pause]
Me: “Will you be as smart as me?”
Smiling Son: “Yes! I’m going to be as smart as you.”
Me: “Will you be as kind as me?”
Smiling Son: “Yes!”
Me: “Will you be as fun as me?”
Smiling Son: “Yes!”
Me: “Will you pray like me?”
Smiling Son: “Yes! And I’ll have my own worship – and my own vitamins!”
