My sister in law and I do this…she gives to the Twin to Twin Transfusion Syndrome Foundation in my name and I give to the March of Dimes in hers. Your are right we have enough 'stuff'.

My Dad's side of the family always draws names for Christmas. Last year we asked them to give us a goat or something from the ADRA.org catalog. They weren't too keen on that idea, but they followed through. I wanted to spend our $15/ea on the same thing, but my beautiful, smart wife sugested we wait for it to be their idea. So, we bought stuff.

Yes!!! ….Nice to read something about helping others, –turning our thoughts away from self to service and giving. Being unemployed means more time. More time to serve others by calling, caring, and carrying the burdens of those all around…

I heard about charity:water at Rob Bell's event this past week. Sounds very cool! Interesting how once you take notice of something, it starts popping up in all sorts of places!
